If you find yourself in Thrithalloor, you’ll find us at Pakkath House. It’s a bit of a different setting for a company like Aricent, being in a place like Trichur. It’s very green around here, especially after the rains start and everything stays damp for weeks. The office isn't some high-rise; it’s a practical building that suits the local area. We do our work here just like anyone else in the tech world, but we get to do it without the madness of a huge city like Kochi or Bangalore. The pace here is a bit more human. We usually have the fans going and the sound of the birds outside while we work on our coding or support tasks. Most of us have been here for a good while. We know the neighbors and the local shops where we get our tea in the afternoon. It’s not a fancy setup, but it gets the job done. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just sit down, open our laptops, and handle the projects that come in. Sometimes the power goes out when the monsoon is heavy, so we have to plan around that. It’s just part of life in Kerala. We’re glad to be working from this little corner of the world. It’s a quiet life, mostly, but we stay busy enough with the work. People here are friendly and the atmosphere is pretty relaxed compared to what you’d find in a big office park.
