Xzed Skills Private Limited

Our office for Xzed Skills Private Limited is a bit different because we are actually located in a house. We are in Villa 12 of the Skyline Rosemount Homes complex. This is on Kunjan Bava Road in the Ponnurunni area of Kochi. Being in a villa means it feels a lot more relaxed than a typical office building. We have the usual Vytilla traffic to deal with when we come in for work, but once we are inside the gates of Skyline Rosemount, it is fairly peaceful. We use the different rooms in the villa for our various tasks. The Ernakulam heat can be a lot sometimes, so we usually have the fans running full speed all day. It’s a nice neighborhood and we see the same people walking their dogs or going to the shops every day. We’ve set up our workspace with desks and chairs in the main living areas of the villa. It's practical and gives us enough room to do what we need to do. Ponnurunni is a handy location because it’s close to everything in Kochi, but tucked away enough that we can focus. There is a small garden outside where we take our breaks sometimes. We aren’t trying to be a big corporate firm with a glass building. We just like working from Villa 12 and being part of this local community. It’s a comfortable place for the team to get together and work.
