Oravco Private Limited

Oravco Private Limited is located in Room No. 7/446 of the Mafna Building. We are right on the Walayar Dam Road in Pudusseri. It is an interesting spot to be because the dam is so close, and you get a lot of trucks and travelers passing through the area. Our office isn't very large, just one of the rooms in the building, but it fits us well enough. The Mafna Building is a practical place to work from. It's got that old-school commercial feel where everyone knows each other. We spend most of our time at our desks. On hot days, the room can get a bit stuffy, but we have a fan that does the job. It’s a very straightforward environment. We don't have any marketing people or fancy decorators. We just put our desks where they fit and started working. Being in Pudusseri means we are a bit away from the main Palakkad hub, but the Walayar Dam road keeps us connected to everything we need. Most of our days are spent dealing with paperwork and the usual business chores. We don't make a big fuss about things. If someone comes by, we usually have a spare chair for them to sit on for a minute. It’s just a regular office for regular people, nothing more than that. We usually lock up around six and head home like everyone else in the building. It is a simple routine that we have grown to appreciate over time.
