Our business, Mukkunnoth Ecommerce Private Limited, is located at Shop No: 1 in the City Complex. We are right near the Bekal Police Station in Udma. Kasargod is our home base. The zip code is 671318. Being in Shop No: 1 makes it easy to find us when you walk into the complex. It’s a small shop space that we’ve turned into our office for the ecommerce work. We have boxes sometimes, and computers always. It’s not a giant warehouse. We handle the digital side of things from here. Udma is a nice place, and being near the police station means it’s a safe and recognizable landmark. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture. Just what we need to get the job done. Most of the day is spent checking orders and talking to people online. It can get a bit loud in the City Complex during peak hours when everyone is out shopping. We like being part of the local community here in Kerala. We don't have a marketing team writing stuff for us. We just wrote this ourselves to let people know where we are. It’s a basic operation. We keep track of everything on our screens. Sometimes we have a snack from the shop next door. It’s just a normal day at the office for us. We try to keep things straightforward and honest. We hope that the shop stays organized enough for us to work efficiently.
