Our office is on the ground floor of the NSS Shopping Complex, right on Hospital Road near the Statue Junction in Tripunithura. It is a small space, labeled A5, where we spend most of our time dealing with paperwork and helping people figure out their business stuff. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees or anything. It’s just a few of us here. People come in when they are trying to start something new or if they have a problem with their licenses. It can get a bit messy with all the files and folders on the desks. We try to keep things simple and explain the rules in plain words because the government forms are often quite confusing. Being near the Statue Junction means it's easy for people to find us, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We drink a lot of tea while going through documents. If you need help with a registration or some basic advice on how to keep your books, we're usually here. We don’t use a lot of big words or fancy software. Just common sense and whatever we’ve learned from doing this for a while. Sometimes it’s busy and sometimes it’s quiet, but we keep the door open for whoever walks in. It is just a practical way to earn a living while helping out other small owners.
