Mandelbrot Systems Private Limited operates out of Kalluvilayil House in Komathukara. It is a residential-style building, so it doesn’t look like a standard business from the outside. We have a couple of rooms set up with computers and servers. It’s a quiet neighborhood, which is good for when we need to concentrate on coding or fixing system errors. There isn't much foot traffic around here. We usually bring our own lunch and eat together in the small kitchen area. The house has been here for years. We just took over a portion of it for our work. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one near the gate. Sometimes the local kids play cricket on the street outside and we can hear them through the windows. It’s a very local way of running a company. We don't have a lot of visitors, mostly just the delivery guys. We handle various system tasks throughout the week. It gets a bit warm in the afternoons, so we keep the fans running at full speed. We aren't trying to be the next big thing, we just want to do our work well and stay busy. The work is steady and that keeps us going. We don't use any complicated business jargon here. We just talk like normal people and get the job done.
