Leiro Technologies Private Limited is located at 482 Puthenparampil House in Paral. This is over in Changanacherry, Kottayam. It’s a residential area mostly, so it feels very different from those big tech parks you see in places like Bangalore. We like it that way. It’s a family-owned kind of vibe even if we are a private limited company on paper. The house is where we set up our equipment. We have transformed a couple of rooms into a workspace. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood while we work, children playing or someone calling out. It keeps us grounded. Our work is mostly technical, but we explain it in plain terms. We aren't big on presentations or boardrooms. We usually just huddle around one screen to solve a problem. The kitchen is right there, so lunch breaks are easy. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, but usually, we wrap up and head out while it’s still light. The rain in Kottayam is something else, and we often have to watch out for leaks or power cuts. It’s just part of the life here. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to make us sound more important than we are. We are just some folks in a house doing tech work and trying to make it through the month.
