Latha Softech Private Limited

Latha Softech Private Limited is over here at Omana Cottage in Thoongampara, right in Kattakada. It is a quiet place to work, honestly. Most days we just sit at our desks and get through the pile of tasks waiting for us. There isn't a lot of noise around here except for some birds outside and maybe the occasional tractor going by on the road. We started this because we knew how to handle computers and tech stuff and wanted to do it from here instead of moving to a big city. It's just a few of us. We drink a lot of tea while we look at screens. Sometimes the internet acts up when it rains heavy, but we manage. People around Kattakada know where we are if they need help with something technical. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It's just a house turned into an office space. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the desks get messy with cables and notes. We take turns bringing in snacks. It feels like a normal job. We show up, do the coding or whatever is needed that day, and then head home. It is a steady way to spend the week. We don't really do the whole corporate suit and tie thing. Most of us just wear whatever is comfortable for the weather. It works for us and the work gets done eventually.
