G'Xtron Innovationsllp

We operate out of Kulakkuzhiyil House, which we call Pranavam, located in Fact Gardens. It’s in the Nedumbassery area, specifically Kottai, near Aluva. Being so close to the airport means we hear the planes overhead quite often, but you get used to it after a while. G'Xtron Innovationsllp is a small team. We don’t have a huge staff or multiple floors. It’s a very local setup here in Ernakulam. The house itself has a lot of character, and we’ve just set up our desks in the main rooms. It’s not like those sterile offices in the city center. We have a small garden area outside where we sometimes sit when the weather isn't too hot. Most of us have been working together for a bit now, so we know how each other likes their tea. We don't really have formal meetings; we just talk across the room. There’s no dress code or anything like that. We just wear what’s comfortable and get to work. The Fact Gardens area is quite peaceful compared to the busy Aluva town. It’s a good spot for us to focus without too many distractions. We keep things simple and don't worry about being fancy. It’s just about getting the work done and making sure we stay on top of our tasks. Sometimes we stay late, sometimes we leave early if the work is done. It is just how we run things here.
