We are based out of Kayalpattinam, right on Mutharamman Kovil Street at 113/E3. Being in Thoothukudi is different from being in a big city like Chennai. It’s a bit slower, and we like it that way. Our office is just a regular building on a regular street. Most of the people working here are from the local area. We do IT solutions, which basically means we help people with their computer and system problems. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s what we know how to do. The office has a few fans going all day to keep the heat away, and there is usually a stack of old hardware in the corner that we keep just in case we need parts. We don't have a fancy website or a big sales team. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just walking past the street. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors know who we are. Sometimes the street gets busy with temple festivals, and it gets a bit noisy, but we don't mind. It's part of living and working here. We just want to do a solid job and go home. We aren't trying to be some massive tech giant. We’re just a bunch of folks in Kayalpattinam trying to provide for ourselves and do decent work for the people who need it. It’s a simple setup, and it works for us.
