Technova India

Technova India is over at No. 51 Muthu Nagar. It’s a simple setup we have here. We don't have a big sign or a fancy lobby. Mostly, it’s just a place where we can sit down and handle the business side of things. The street is usually quiet, except for the occasional delivery bike zooming past. We’ve got a few rooms filled with boxes and some basic office furniture. It’s not the kind of place you’d find in a magazine, but it works for us. We spend a lot of time on the computer, though we also have to do a lot of physical checking of the stock. It’s just the daily routine of a small business. Sometimes the rain makes the roof a bit noisy, which can be distracting during calls. We usually have the radio playing in the background to keep things from being too silent. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad. We don’t really have a grand plan; we just take things one day at a time and try to keep our customers happy without making a big deal out of it. It’s a practical way to run things, and it’s served us well enough so far. We sometimes have tea together in the afternoon when things are slow. The tea guy comes around 3 PM, and we all take a break. It's those little things that make the day go by easier for all of us here.
