We started YGA BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED a while back. You can find us over at MP I/100K in the Sastha Tower right here in Malayinkeezhu. It's just a small office where we handle all the building work and paperwork. Usually, someone is around during the day, though we spend a lot of time out at the actual sites. We do construction and development stuff around this area. Dealing with bricks, cement, and all that planning takes up most of our hours. People sometimes drop by to ask about costs or how long a project might take. We try to give straight answers without making it sound more complicated than it really is. Working in Malayinkeezhu means we know the local roads and how things move here. It isn't a fancy setup. We just have our desks and some blueprints lying around. Most of our days are spent talking to workers or checking on materials that just arrived. If you are looking for Sastha Tower, it’s a pretty easy spot to find. We've been doing this for a bit now, just keeping busy with one project after another.
