Land Mark Trivandrum

Our office is in Millennium Plaza, right by the Vazhuthacaud Junction. If you know where the Shivaji Statue is, we are just a short walk from there on Appan Road. It’s a very busy part of Trivandrum. There is always something going on outside our windows. We’ve been at Land Mark Trivandrum for quite some time now. The building is okay, it has an elevator but sometimes it’s faster to take the stairs. We have a few desks set up and some old chairs for visitors. It’s not a luxury setup by any means. We just need a place to keep our records and meet people. The traffic at the junction can be a real headache in the evenings. We usually stay late to avoid the worst of it. We don't have any big corporate goals written on the walls. We just focus on the task at hand. People from all over the city come by because of our location. It’s easy to explain where we are. We drink a lot of tea while we work. It’s a bit noisy because of the main road, but we’ve gotten used to the sound of horns and buses. It’s just part of being in the heart of Vazhuthacaud. We keep things simple and honest here. That’s how we like to run our day. We aren't interested in being flashy. We just want to be here when people need to find us to get their business sorted out.
