Yamunakrishna Constructions Private Limited

I am usually at the office in Yamuna, Kavuvila, which is a quiet spot in Mullaramcode. Most of the time, the team is out at different sites around Vadasserikonam or further down the road in Kallambalam. Being based here in Thiruvananthapuram means we have to deal with the intense heat and the sudden rains that often stop our work for a few hours. We started Yamunakrishna Constructions Private Limited because there was plenty of building work to be done around this area. It is not a big, fancy operation with shiny glass windows. Inside, there are just a couple of wooden desks and a lot of paper maps and site plans lying around. Usually, a neighbor will come in to ask about a new wall or a roof repair. We spend a lot of time on our bikes or using the old jeep to get to different spots in Ottoor. The address is a bit long, but everyone who lives here knows where Kavuvila is if you ask. Our main focus is just getting the foundations right and making sure the trucks arrive when they are supposed to. Sometimes the cement is late and we just have to sit and wait. That is just how things go. My cousin helps out with the books, and we try to keep the whole business simple. We do not have a big sign, just the work we do for people in the neighborhood. It is quiet here in the evenings.
