Our office is located in Pachakkadu, which is near the Vattappara area in Thiruvananthapuram. We've been working on homes for a while now. The team is small, mostly people from around here who know the neighborhood well. We set up at the Salam address to be close to where the building happens. It’s not always easy running a home business, but we like it. The roads around here can be a bit tricky during the rain. Thiruvananthapuram is a growing place, so there is always some work to do. We don't spend much on advertising or big signs. Most people just find us through word of mouth or by seeing our projects in the area. We focus on the actual building part. It takes time to get things right. We usually have a few houses going at once. It's a lot of coordination with workers and getting materials delivered on time. Sometimes the trucks get stuck. That’s just part of the job. We keep our office simple. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture. It's mostly just desks and stacks of plans. We spend most of our day out at the sites anyway. If you're looking for us, we are just past the main post office area. We are locals who just enjoy building houses for families in this community. It’s a decent living and we plan to stay here for many more years to come.
