Willwilley Properties Private Limited is based at Veedika Thodi House. We are located in the Kaipuram P,O area. It is a relatively quiet neighborhood, and our office is just a part of the local residential landscape. We don't have a big corporate sign or anything like that. If you are looking for us, you just look for the house name. It’s a traditional kind of place. We have been working from here for a bit, and it suits our needs perfectly. There is plenty of space for us to keep our records and meet with people when we need to. Kaipuram is a nice area, and the people around here are friendly. We don't feel the need to move to a big city center because we have everything we need right here at Veedika Thodi House. The office is basically a few rooms converted for work use. It has a very relaxed vibe, which we think is better than a stiff office environment. We might have some clothes drying on a line nearby or a neighbor's cat walking through the yard. That is just how it is. It’s a real place with real people working in it. We deal with our properties and paperwork without any grand promises or fancy talk. It’s just us doing our daily tasks in a place that feels like home. Being in the P.O area makes things easy for our mail too. We get the local papers and keep up with what is happening in Kaipuram.
