Westonbiopharma Private Limited is based out of the Krishna Priya building over in Kowdiar. Trivandrum can be a pretty crowded city, but here in Kowdiar, things feel just a little bit more relaxed on most days. We spend a lot of our time inside this office handling the daily paperwork and making sure the inventory lists match up with what is actually sitting on the shelves. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, so we usually have the fans running full blast while we work through the stacks of orders. The building itself is easy enough to find once you know where you are going, though some of the delivery drivers still get turned around occasionally. We have been here for a while now, just doing our thing and keeping the business moving along. It is not a very fancy setup, mostly just desks and boxes and the sound of the traffic passing by outside on the main road. Most of us have been working together for a bit, so we have a rhythm down for when the shipments arrive and need to be sorted. Sometimes the tea lady comes by and we take a short break, but mostly we are just focused on getting the day’s tasks finished before it gets too dark. We do not have any big slogans or flashy signs, just the name on the door and a lot of work to get through every week.
