UM CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is our small company based down in Trivandrum. Specifically, we are at TC 48/1252 in Moonnattumukku, which is in the Poonthura P O area. Being in a place like Kerala, the weather always plays a big part in how we get our construction work done. If it’s raining too hard, things slow down, but we just keep moving along as best as we can. Our address is easy to find if you know the Poonthura side of town. We spend most of our time dealing with cement, steel, and laborers, trying to make sure the walls go up straight. It’s a lot of physical work and being out in the sun. We aren't a big corporate giant with shiny offices; we are just local people doing construction work in our community. Sometimes we’re at the office in Moonnattumukku handling the accounts, and other times we are out at a site making sure the materials arrived on time. It is a lot of coordination. There are always challenges with getting the right people for the job or dealing with delays, but we just deal with it as it comes. We’ve been operating from this Thiruvananthapuram address for some time now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the work here.
