Tvm Royal Builders Private Limited is based in Thamalam, right near the Poojappura post office. Our office is at TC 19/1644. It’s a busy little neighborhood and we’ve been part of it for a good while now. We aren't the kind of company that puts up giant billboards everywhere. We just focus on the building projects we have in front of us. Most of the time, we’re out at a site making sure the walls are going up straight or checking on the materials that were delivered. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes it’s a bit stressful when things don't go according to plan. But that’s building for you. We don't have a polished corporate image. We’re just local people who know how to construct houses and buildings. We talk to our clients like normal people, not like we’re reading from a script. If there’s a problem, we just say so and then we figure out how to fix it. We don't use any fancy management speak here. The office is usually cluttered with blueprints and samples of tiles or wood. It’s a working space, not a showroom. People in the area know us, and that’s how we get most of our work. We just want to do a decent job so we can keep working and provide for our families. It’s as simple as that.
