TRAVANCORE CONSTRUCTION AND CONSULTANT L LP

Travancore Construction and Consultant LLP is based out of the Bismi Premises in Karette. Our building number is 13/76F, and we’re right in the Seemavila area of Vamanapuram. It’s a bit of a way out in Chirayinkil, but we like it that way. We do a mix of construction work and consulting, so we’re often out on the road visiting different sites across the district. The office in Karette is our home base where we keep all our records and meet up to discuss new jobs. It’s not a fancy glass office like you see in the movies. It’s a practical space where we can sit down and look at drawings without being bothered. We’ve got a good group of people here who understand how things work in this part of the world. Consulting means we help people figure out their building problems, and the construction side means we actually get out there and build it. We’ve seen all sorts of projects, from small renovations to bigger builds. Vamanapuram is a nice place to be centered, and we’ve gotten to know a lot of the local people and workers around here. We don't go in for big marketing campaigns. Most people hear about us from someone else. We just show up, do the job as best we can, and move on to the next one. That’s how we keep things going at Travancore.
