Our place is located over in Udayagiri Nagar, which is part of the Thirumala area in Thiruvananthapuram. If you are looking for us, the address says TC 40/2720, but some of the older papers still have it listed as TC 8/1828(3). It can be a bit confusing if you are new to the neighborhood. We are in a new building on SYNO 102/6. It is a quiet residential pocket compared to the main city center. We handle housing and building projects under the name Transbuild Dwelling. Most days it is just a few of us here. The office is quite basic with just the essential desks and a few chairs for visitors. We don't spend much on decorations because we are usually out on-site anyway. Thirumala has a lot of ups and downs with the hills, so the view from the road is actually quite nice on clear days. We have a small sign outside so people don't get lost. The neighbors are mostly families who have lived here for years. It feels like a very local business because it is. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the stacks of blueprints get a bit messy. It is just the way work goes when you are busy. We don't have a big corporate feel at all. It is more like a workspace where friends and clients can just drop by for a quick chat about their homes.
