Teamedge Developers & Land Construction

Our office, Teamedge Developers & Land Construction, is located at S S House in Pournami Garden. It’s in the Kanjirampara area of Thiruvananthapuram. We’ve been here for a while now, working on different land and building projects. It’s a local setup. We don't have a big flashy sign out front. Most of our work comes from people in the community who know us or have seen our work around. We handle a lot of the details that come with developing land. It involves a lot of walking around sites and talking to contractors. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than the actual construction, which is just how it goes with the authorities. We have a small team at TC No.30/1320(8). We aren't a giant firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us who know how to get the job done. We like the Kanjirampara neighborhood because it’s a bit quieter than the city center but still close enough to everything we need. Our days are mostly spent checking on progress or meeting with folks who have a piece of land they want to do something with. We don't use big words or try to sound more important than we are. We just know about land and how to build on it. If the weather stays clear, we get a lot done. If it rains, we stay in the office and catch up on the drawings and drink too much coffee. That is basically our routine most weeks during the year.
