Star Security & Placement

You can find Star Security & Placement right on Uppalam Road, not too far from the BSNL office near Statue. It’s a busy area and we’ve been here for quite some time now. We do two main things: we provide security guards and we help people find jobs. It’s a bit of a mix, but it keeps us on our toes. The office is usually full of people filling out applications or waiting for an interview. We don't have fancy waiting rooms, just some plastic chairs and a desk with a lot of papers on it. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with everyone talking, but that’s just how a placement office works. We try to get to know the people who come in so we can send them to the right place. For the security side, we have to make sure the guys are reliable and will actually show up when they are supposed to. It’s a lot of checking and double-checking. We've had our share of rainy days when nobody wants to be outside, but the work has to go on. Being near the BSNL office means most people know exactly where we are, which is handy. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just a place that people can come to when they need work or need a guard. We just do our work, keep our records straight, and try to stay busy enough to pay the bills. It’s been a long journey but we’re still here.
