Our office is basically part of the building where we have been for years. It is a bit of a maze with the TC numbers around here, but once you find Laila Niwas, you are in the right spot. We do not have a big staff or a lot of noise. It is mostly just the sounds of the neighborhood and the local traffic going toward Anayara. We started this agency because we wanted to do something local in our own village area of Trivendram. It is a simple life and a simple way of working. Sometimes we have a lot of paperwork piled up on the desks, and it takes us a while to get through it. We are not trying to be the biggest agency out there. We just want to do our job and go home to our families. The people around Benpalavattam know us well enough. We do not use any flashy signs or anything.
