Our company, Sreemaks Articrafts Private Limited, is located at a place called 'Nandanam'. The address is TC 5 1603SY, and we are right opposite the Survey School in Ambalamukku. Being here in Thiruvananthapuram is nice because it’s a city with a lot of history. We work with different types of crafts and artistic items. It’s not a huge factory or anything like that. It’s more of a small workshop and office where we keep our things. We spend a lot of our time looking at handmade pieces and figuring out how to get them to people who appreciate that kind of work. The house, Nandanam, has a lot of character and it’s a comfortable place for us to work every day. We don’t have a big corporate structure. It’s just us doing the daily tasks like checking the inventory and answering emails. Sometimes we have a lot of items piled up and the place looks a bit chaotic, but we know where everything is. We like the local feel of Ambalamukku. People who live around here know us as the folks who deal with the crafts. We don't try to be something we're not. We just like what we do and we try to do it honestly. It’s a simple way of making a living and it keeps us connected to the local artists in Kerala. We enjoy the work and the people we meet.
