Spice Garden Foods (Opc) Private Limited is our little company. We are located at 11/331, which is quite close to the games village in Menamkulam. That’s over in the Kazhakkuttam area. It’s an interesting place to be because of all the sports facilities nearby. Our building is 11/331. We focus on spices and food products. Since it is an OPC, it is run by one person who puts in a lot of hours. We don't have a massive warehouse. We just have our space where we handle the spice mixes and the packaging. Menamkulam is growing fast, but we try to keep our business simple. We don't use any big words or marketing tricks. We just sell the spices we have. The air in the office usually smells like pepper or cardamom. It can be a bit overwhelming if you aren't used to it. We spend our days checking quality and making sure the labels are on straight. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but someone has to do it. Kazhakkuttam is a good hub for us. We’ve been here for a while now. We don't have any grand plans to take over the industry. We just want to keep the garden spice business going year after year. It’s a decent way to make a living and it keeps our hands quite busy with the daily tasks. Sometimes we share spices with the people living nearby just to be friendly.
