Soorya Ganga Builders And Developers (Opc) Private Limited is over on Kochar Road. Our place is called Udaya at Pullai Konam, and the office number is Tc 9/1931(1). We are in the Sasthamangalam Po area. It’s a bit of a long address, but it’s where we do all our planning. We are builders who focus on local development. It’s an "OPC," so it’s a smaller, more personal setup. We don’t have a floor full of employees. It’s just a few of us taking care of the work. We spend a lot of time on Kochar Road, making sure everything is running okay. Building and developing land takes a lot of patience. You have to deal with permits and workers and everything else. We don't pretend to be some huge company. We’re just local builders in Sasthamangalam. We’ve had our share of long days and difficult projects, but that’s just part of the job. People come to us because we’re easy to talk to. There isn't any corporate wall between us and the people we work for. We keep our plans at Udaya and try to stay on top of the schedule. Sometimes we’re a bit behind, and sometimes we’re ahead. It’s just how it goes in construction. We like being in Pullai Konam and being part of the local community. It’s a straightforward business and we keep it that way.
