Smsd Infra Private Limited is based out of the Chellam Building in Kowdiar. We are up on the second floor. If you know Sreekrishna Lane on Pipeline Road, then you know exactly where we sit. It’s a decent spot in Thiruvananthapuram. We spend most of our time dealing with infrastructure stuff, which basically means a lot of phone calls and looking at site plans. The office isn't huge but it fits us. We have been working in this part of town for a bit. It gets quite busy around Kowdiar, especially in the mornings. Most of our crew is usually out on-site, but someone is always here at the desk to pick up the phone. We don’t really do big advertisements. Most people hear about us from someone else. It’s a lot of coordination work, making sure the right people are at the right place. Sometimes things go according to plan and sometimes they don't, but we just deal with it as it comes. It's a regular local business. We have our files, our computers, and a lot of tea to keep us going. Working in the infra sector in Kerala has its ups and downs with the seasons. When it’s dry, we move fast. When it pours, we do the paperwork and plan for the next month. That’s just the way it is here. We’re just a group of people trying to build things properly and keep the business running. We have been in Thiruvananthapuram for years and we like how things work here. It is familiar.
