SJU HOMES AND DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED is based at TC No. 22/1071(1) in Sasthamangalam. We have been operating out of this part of Thiruvananthapuram for some time now. Sasthamangalam is a nice, established area, and it is a good place to have an office. We focus on building homes and developing small plots of land for people who want to live in this part of the city. Our day-to-day is mostly about managing different sites and making sure the labor is showing up on time. It is not always glamorous work. There is a lot of paperwork with the municipality and even more time spent making sure the materials we ordered actually arrive. We do not have a big, shiny mission statement or anything like that. We just want to build houses that do not fall apart and that people can actually afford to live in. We spend a lot of time on the phone and a lot of time stuck in traffic between our different projects. Our office is a simple space where we can sit down and go over the accounts or meet with someone about a new site. We are local people, and we know how things work around here, which makes the whole process a bit smoother for everyone. If you are in the Sasthamangalam neighborhood, you can drop by the office. We are usually there in the afternoons after we have finished our site visits for the day.
