Our office is at Benglavil Veedu, which is on Padayani Road in Vattiyoorkavu. It’s a nice part of Trivandrum, away from the worst of the city noise. Shivnez Developers is what we call ourselves, but really we are just a team that likes to build things. We’ve been at T.C.VI/992 for a while now. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of people to make us look fancy. We just rely on the work we do. When we aren't at the office, we are usually checking on some site or another around Thiruvananthapuram. The hills around here can make building a bit tricky sometimes because of the soil, but we’ve figured out how to handle the slopes over the years. We use simple tools and hard work to get things done for our clients. We don't promise anything we can't do. If a job is going to take three months, we tell people it will take three months. Honesty is just easier for everyone involved. We like being part of the Vattiyoorkavu community. It’s a place where people still stop to talk to you on the street. Construction is a tough business with the rain and the heat, but we keep at it. It’s just what we do to make a living, and we take some pride in seeing a house finished and ready for a family to move into.
