We work out of Krishna Cottage in Pandakasala, which is in Chirayinkeezhu, Thiruvananthapuram. It's a place called care of Padmakumar, and it’s where we handle all the cloudsoft solutions stuff. It’s not your typical high-tech office park. It’s a house that we’ve turned into a workspace. This means it’s pretty comfortable, though we have to be careful not to get too relaxed. We spend most of our time dealing with software and servers. It’s a lot of technical work that requires a good bit of concentration. Chirayinkeezhu is a nice area to be in, away from the heavy traffic of the city. We have a small team here, and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s fixing a bug or just cleaning up the office. We don’t have a human resources department or a big management team. We just talk to each other and figure things out as they come up. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to take a break until it comes back, which gives us a chance to stretch our legs. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just trying to provide decent software solutions from our little spot in Kerala. We don't have any fancy signs out front, just the name on the gate. It's a quiet way to run a business, and we think that's fine.
