S. R Academy

S. R Academy is situated in Vanchiyoor. We have a small building where we conduct our classes and help students with their studies. It is a quiet neighborhood which is perfect for an academy because there aren't too many distractions outside. Our classrooms are simple with basic benches and a chalkboard that has seen a lot of use over the years. We don't have any high-tech gadgets or fancy learning systems. We just sit down and go through the lessons until they are understood. The atmosphere is very informal and we know all our students by name. It is not like those big institutions where you are just a number. We spend most of our day talking and explaining things. Sometimes we have tea together during the breaks. The building in Vanchiyoor is older and has its own charm, even if the doors creak a bit. We don't spend any money on advertising or big posters. Word travels around the neighborhood when someone does well in their exams and that is how we get new students. We have a small staff of teachers who are just regular people living nearby. We don't have a grand strategy for growth. We just focus on the lessons for the day and try to help the students who show up. It is a steady and simple way to run an academy.
