We’re over at Santhi Bhavan in the Kizhakumbhagam area of Kazhakkoottam, Thiruvananthapuram. The house number is 565 or 13/511 depending on which record you look at. Kazhakkoottam has changed so much with all the tech stuff nearby, but we’re just a regular development company. We spend most of our time out on sites or dealing with the logistics of building. It’s a lot of grit and patience. We don't have a fancy website or a big sales team. It’s mostly just us and a few regular workers we’ve known for years. We started this because we saw a lot of people needed help getting their projects off the ground. Sometimes we're dealing with old houses, other times it's just empty plots of land. It’s not always easy, especially with the costs of materials going up and down every week. We just try to keep things moving. The office is basically just a room in the building where we can sit down and go over the numbers. We aren't looking to become some massive corporation. We just want to do a decent job on the projects we have. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We’ve lived in Thiruvananthapuram a long time, so we’re used to the way things work here. There’s always another challenge around the corner, like the weather or sudden delays, but we just deal with them as they happen. We focus on the task at hand.
