RBR Infratech Private Limited is located at 2B, Avenue Regency, right near St. Mary's Church in the Pattom area of Thiruvananthapuram. Our office is a comfortable enough spot, though we probably should have cleaned the windows a bit better last month. It’s a quiet building for the most part, which helps when we need to concentrate on complicated plans. We have a few computers that are always running and a table in the middle where we pile up all the stuff we don't know what to do with yet. Most of us have been working together for a while, so we don't need to say much to understand what needs doing. We usually take turns bringing in snacks from the local bakery. The view from the window isn't anything special, just some trees and the street, but it's nice to look at when you're stuck on a problem. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we're a giant corporation. We're just a small group of people in an office in Pattom. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it's dead silent for hours. We just take it as it comes. Our filing system is mostly just knowing which pile has the right paper in it. It might look a bit messy to a stranger, but we know exactly where everything is and we keep things moving.
