Our office is in Kawdiar, specifically in Yuvadhara Gardens at YGRA-45. The address can be a bit confusing because of the old house numbers, but most people find us eventually if they look for TC 24/2859. Kawdiar is a nice part of town, though it has changed a lot over the years with all the new buildings going up. We are right in the middle of it as property developers. Most of our day is spent looking at land, talking to people who want to sell or buy, and dealing with the local authorities. It is a lot of walking around and checking out different spots. We keep things pretty simple in the office. There are a few desks, a lot of maps of the city, and plenty of files for the various projects we have going on. It’s not the kind of place where everything is perfectly organized, but we know where everything is. We have a small group of us working here, and we just try to keep things moving along. Sometimes the process is slow, especially when it comes to the legal side of property, but we just take it one step at a time. It’s interesting work because you get to see how the city is growing. We just do our part and try to stay busy. It can get quite humid in the afternoons, so we usually try to get our site visits done early.
