Our place is called Ragendu. It’s located in the Amaravila Nadoorkolla area of Neyattinkara. We go by Pretios Infra Private Limited. Thiruvananthapuram is a big place, but we stay tucked away in this part of the city. The work we do is all about infrastructure. That means a lot of dirt, concrete, and long hours under the sun. We don't have a big corporate office in the middle of town. We prefer being here where we can keep an eye on things. The house is where the bills get paid and the plans get drawn. It’s a practical setup. Neyattinkara has its own pace, and we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We aren't interested in sounding fancy. We just have our equipment and our small crew. When someone needs some infra work done, they find us here. The roads around Amaravila are familiar to us now. We’ve seen the neighborhood grow while we’ve been working out of Ragendu. It’s not always easy keeping up with all the regulations and paperwork, but we get through it. We aren't a huge firm, just local people doing what we know how to do. Sometimes we're out late finishing a site, and other times we're just waiting for the next load of materials. The pin code 695122 is where you'll find us if the mail doesn't get lost.
