PERAAL PROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is over at Gaurdian Nikky's Apartments in Pattom, right near the Kendriya Vidyalaya on Panachamood Road. Thiruvananthapuram is a busy city, and being in Pattom keeps us right in the middle of everything. We handle various project tasks from this small apartment-turned-office. It’s not a corporate skyscraper, just a regular space where a few of us sit and work on plans and schedules. We’ve been here for a bit, and we like the neighborhood because it’s easy for people to find us. We don't have a big reception area or a coffee machine that does fancy drinks. We just have desks, computers, and a lot of files. Most of our work involves coordinating different parts of a project and making sure things stay on track. It can get a little stressful when deadlines are close, but we’ve learned how to handle it over the years. We aren't looking to be the biggest firm in Kerala. We just want to do good work for the people who hire us. You might see us walking around the area during lunch or heading out to meetings. We try to keep things simple and avoid all the corporate jargon that doesn't really mean much in the real world. It’s just us at Peraal Projects, working hard in Pattom to get things finished properly. If you need us, we're usually around during normal hours, just regular people doing a regular job.
