Nutragen Pharma Pvt Ltd is located right in the middle of the Industrial Estate in Pappanamcode. If you know this part of town, you know it’s always busy with people moving between the different units. Our building at Tc- 51/1055 is where we handle all our pharmaceutical work. It is a bit of a maze sometimes with all the storage and the lab equipment tucked away. We have a small group of people who have been with us for years. They know exactly where everything is kept, even when things get a bit cluttered during a big shipment. It’s not the quietest place because of the nearby units, but we’ve gotten used to the background noise. Mostly, we are just focused on getting the orders ready and making sure the labels are right. Sometimes the rain in Kerala makes the commute to the estate a bit of a mess, but the work doesn't stop. We don’t really have a big front desk or a lobby for visitors to sit in. It’s more of a place where people are always wearing lab coats or moving boxes. We keep to ourselves and try to stay on top of the schedule. Dealing with medicines means we have to be careful, so there’s a lot of double-checking going on throughout the day. It’s a steady job and we like the community here in Pappanamcode.
