OUTBUILD CONSTRUCTIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

You can find us at Rari Tower in the Thycadu area of Venjaramoodu. It is a bit north of Thiruvananthapuram city, which suits us just fine because it’s a little less crowded than the main center. We do construction work under the name Outbuild. The office is in a decent tower, and we spend a good chunk of our time there planning out the next steps for whatever we are building. Of course, a lot of the actual work happens out on the sites where the dust and the noise are. We are a small operation, an OPC as they call it, so there isn’t a huge hierarchy or anything like that. It’s just us making decisions and getting the labor sorted for the day. Sometimes we have to deal with missing supplies or workers not showing up because of a festival or the rain, but we just adapt and keep going. We don’t use a lot of big words or fancy promises. We just tell people what we can do and then we go out and try to do it. The view from the tower is alright, but we’d usually rather be out where the actual building is happening. It’s honest work and it keeps us occupied from morning until evening. We have been in Venjaramoodu for a bit now and like the pace here. Being an OPC means I handle a lot of the responsibility myself, but I prefer it.
