Ontime Infra is based in Murukkumpuzha, down in Thiruvananthapuram. Our main office is actually in House No 3, Sharon Vihar, which is in the Mundakal area near Veiloor. It’s a bit of a residential feel, which we like because it keeps things quiet when we need to concentrate on the numbers. Latha and the rest of the family have been around here for years. We aren't some big firm from out of town; we are part of this neighborhood. The name "Ontime" was a bit of a goal we set for ourselves because construction is notorious for being late, and we wanted to try and be different. We don't always hit every mark perfectly—nobody does in this business—but we definitely try hard. Our workspace is pretty lived-in. There are files on the table sometimes and stacks of bricks in the yard out back. It’s a real working environment, not a polished showroom. We spend our days coordinating with laborers and checking on material costs, which seem to go up every single week lately. Being in the 695302 area means we are close enough to the city but far enough away to breathe. We don't have a big marketing budget, so most of our work comes from people just talking to each other in the village. It’s a simple way of doing things, and it keeps us busy enough. We just focus on the job.
