We are over at Tc 6/841-3 in Sai Nilayam, right on Ulloorakkulam Road near the Medical College area in Trivandrum. It’s a busy spot, especially in the mornings when everyone is heading to the hospital or school. Onecent Realtors and Builders is basically just us doing the daily work of finding land and putting up buildings for people around here. Being an OPC means it’s a tight operation. Sometimes the traffic on the way to the office is a bit much, but we like being in this part of Thiruvananthapuram. Most days are spent on the phone or out at different sites checking on progress. It’s not always pretty, there is a lot of dust and noise involved in construction, but that’s how it goes. We started this because we knew the area well and figured we could help people get their houses sorted. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place to keep the files and meet folks who stop by. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Ulloor is growing fast. If you walk down the road past the college, you’ll find us easily enough. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the job at hand without overcomplicating everything. There are always some delays with materials or the weather, especially when the monsoon hits hard, but we just keep pushing through until the work is finished.
