Odyn Reality Llp

Odyn Reality Llp is based at Lakshmi Nilayam in Manacaud. Our office is TC 41/1928(1). We are right here in the Trivandrum area of Thiruvananthapuram. It is a local operation we have going. The address is 695009 if you need the pin code. We deal with land and reality matters. It’s a pretty simple setup. There are just a few of us working out of this building. We spend most of our mornings drinking tea and looking over the daily tasks. It isn't a high-pressure corporate environment. We like it that way. Manacaud is a busy part of town but our spot stays relatively calm. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud when the buses go by. We have some old desks and a couple of computers that have seen better days. It gets quite warm in Kerala, so we have the fans running all day long. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing person. Most people just walk in or call us on the phone. We've known the neighbors for a long time. The paperwork for reality deals can be a real headache sometimes. We spend a lot of time at the local offices getting things sorted. It’s just how it is. We try to be honest with everyone who comes through the door. If we can't do something, we just say so. It’s a practical way to live and work in the city.
