Our office for Niketham Builders and Developers Private Limited is located at TC 22/462-2. The building is called Sreeragam, and it sits in the Konchiravila area. If you know where Manacaud P.O. is, we aren't too far from there. It’s a decent neighborhood to work in, quite a bit of character to the streets around here. We’ve been operating as a private limited company for some time, mainly focusing on building and developing things locally. The office at Sreeragam is where we do all the thinking and planning. It’s not one of those glass skyscrapers; it’s more of a grounded, local kind of place. We handle the usual stuff like permits, contractor schedules, and site visits from this desk. Some days are quieter than others, but there’s always a list of things to get through. Living and working around Konchiravila means we see the same faces quite a bit, which is nice. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there. We just want to do a solid job on the projects we take on. There is a lot of back and forth with suppliers and people looking to build something new. We keep our records tidy and try to stay organized, though some days the paperwork piles up a bit more than we'd like. It’s just us, working out of Manacaud, trying to keep things moving in the right direction for the business. We don't have fancy mission statements, just a focus on finishing what we start and getting it done right.
