Newdreams Developers Private Limited

Our company, Newdreams Developers Private Limited, operates out of House No 185 in Sreevalsam Vilayilkulam. We are based in the Kazhakuttom area. It’s more of a home-style setup than a glass office building, which suits us just fine. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves in the construction field. Kazhakuttom is growing fast, and there is always something being built nearby. We spend our mornings checking on projects and our afternoons doing the paperwork that nobody really likes but has to be done. It’s a lot of checking on bricks and making sure the plumbing is going in the right spot. We don't have any scripted speeches about what we do. We just tell people we build houses and small buildings. Sometimes the rain slows us down or a truck breaks down, and we have to figure out a new way to get things done. That is just part of the job. We know most of the local vendors around here, which helps when we need something in a hurry. The office usually has a few stacks of files and some muddy boots near the door. It’s a practical place for people who work with their hands. We don't spend much on advertising because we prefer to let the finished buildings speak for themselves. It’s a simple way of doing business and it seems to work out okay for us in the end.
