Nestit Constructions And Technologies Private Limited is run from Udaya Bhavan in Neeramankuzhi. We are located in the Ooruttambalam area, which is part of Maranalloor in Thiruvananthapuram. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the address, but it’s a quiet place to get things done. We handle construction and some technology aspects of building, though mostly it’s just making sure houses are sturdy and modern. The office in Udaya Bhavan is fairly basic. We have a few desks and a lot of folders. Most of our day is spent traveling between sites in Thiruvananthapuram and making sure the workers have what they need. It’s a lot of driving around and checking on progress. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. Our work usually speaks for itself when people see a house we’ve finished in the neighborhood. The local area of Maranalloor is where we grew up, so we know most of the people around here. It makes the work feel a bit more personal. Sometimes we have to deal with delays because of the weather or material shortages, which is common enough in this line of work.
