Ubix Systems Marketing Pvt. Ltd. is based in Sreedhar Tower, right across from the Immanuel Marthoma Church. We are located in Paruthippara, which is part of Ulloor Village near Nalanchira in Trivandrum. Our office is easy to find because the church is such a big landmark for the area. We work on marketing systems and help other businesses with their setups. It’s a small group of us here, mostly sitting at our desks with our headphones on or talking through a project. The tower itself is a bit older, but it’s a good spot to work. We have a small balcony where we go to get some air when things get a bit stressful. There isn't any fancy corporate lingo used around here. We just talk like regular people and try to solve the problems our clients bring to us. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, so we end up taking the stairs. We've been in this part of Trivandrum for quite a while now and we like the neighborhood. There are a few good tea stalls nearby where we go for breaks. We don't have a big team of sales people knocking on doors. Most of our work comes from people who have heard about us from others. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It keeps the lights on for us.
