Nadan Developers Private Limited

Nadan Developers is based in the Pettah area of Thiruvananthapuram. We’re located in the S S Tourist Home building, right opposite Kepco, at building number TC 30/855 (2). It’s a busy part of the city, and we’ve been working out of this spot for a good while. The name "Nadan" kind of says it all—we’re local people doing local work. Developing land and building homes in a city like this involves a lot of patience. You spend half your time waiting for approvals and the other half trying to make sure the workers have what they need. Our office isn't anything special to look at; it’s just a place where we keep our records and meet people to discuss projects. We get a lot of foot traffic being near the tourist home, and there is always someone coming in with a question. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated plans. We just look at the land, see what can be done, and try to get it built. Sometimes things go wrong, like a truck getting stuck in narrow lanes or the cost of bricks going up suddenly, but we just figure it out as we go. It’s a practical business for us. We’ve lived in Thiruvananthapuram long enough to know how to get things done here without making a big production out of it. We just focus on the next brick and the next wall.
