Our workshop and office are based out of Plot No. 90 in the Industrial Estate at Kochuveli. Being near the Titanium P.O. means there is a lot of industrial activity around us all the time. Mount Engineering & Infra is a small operation. We don’t have a fancy showroom or a glass-fronted office. We work out of a practical space that fits the kind of engineering work we do. It’s often a bit dusty and there is usually the sound of machinery nearby. We spend our time managing different infra projects and making sure the engineering side of things is handled correctly. The office is mostly just a place for us to keep our tools, some equipment, and a few desks for the paperwork. Kochuveli is a good spot for us because it’s an industrial hub and we know many of the other business owners nearby. We don’t spend money on big ads. People usually find us because we’ve been in the estate for a while. Our work involves a lot of technical details and site visits. We start our mornings early, usually checking the gear before heading out. It’s a very hands-on way to run a business. If you visit us at Plot 90, you’ll see we are just regular people doing a technical job. We take things one project at a time and try to stay on top of the details. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know how to do.
