Merit Homes Builders And Developersprivate Limited is based right at the Devaswom Board Jn in Kowdiar. Our space is on the ground floor of building 1551(2) on Ymr Road. It's a nice area of Thiruvananthapuram to work in. We spend most of our time dealing with residential projects and some small developments. Being local means we know the neighborhood and the people around here quite well. We aren't some giant corporation with hundreds of offices. It’s just us here trying to build houses that people can actually live in. Some days involve a lot of paperwork at the office, but usually, we are out checking on the progress of a site. The humidity here can be a real pain for the workers, but we get through it. We’ve seen the city grow over the years and it’s interesting to be part of that change. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just take the plans and try to make them real. If you walk down Ymr Road, you can easily spot where we are. We keep things pretty straightforward and don't make promises we can't keep. It’s a lot of work coordinating everyone, from the guys digging the foundation to the ones finishing the roof. It keeps life interesting. People know us as the guys from the ground floor who just get the job done without much of a fuss most of the time.
