It’s just a small crew of us here. We don't have a big management team or anything like that. We just do the work ourselves and keep an eye on things. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in here when a few customers come in at once, but we manage to handle it. We like being on Punnen Road because it’s easy for people to find us. We don't spend money on ads or flyers. Most people just see the sign and stop in. It’s a straightforward business. We keep things clean and we try to be friendly to everyone. It’s not complicated at all.
